Carmel Apple Pancake Cupcakes
Yields: Dozen+ Cupcakes
My prize-winning Carmel Apple Pancake Cupcake recipe. We attended a “Chopped” party a while back and I had to bring/invent a dessert recipe using the following three ingredients; apples, pancake batter, and pretzels. This is what I came up with and it turned out surprisingly good! Not only were they great tasting but they were the winner of the dessert round and a prize. If you like breakfast food, pancakes, carmel apples, or cupcakes, this is for you. These are sweetly simple to make and they taste great. This would be a great recipe to use for breakfast when you have guests over. The only differences between these Carmel Apple Pancake Cupcakes and those gross store-bought muffins are that these are basically “fancy pancakes”, they are homemade, they are delicious, and well the list goes on. We hope you enjoy this homemade original recipe! If you have any questions let us know. If you step out and bake these, we’d love to hear about it. Have fun!
