Homemade Salsa
Yields: About 32oz.
My Recipe:
2 cans of Diced Tomatoes
(Or 1 can and 1 cup of freshly diced tomatoes.)
1 small can of diced Chillis
3-4 finely chopped Green Onions
1/2 of a bunch of Cilantro, chopped.
1-2 tsp of Red Pepper
(I used 3tsp.. For HOT Salsa!)
1 tsp Salt
2-3 cloves of Garlic, minced
1 tbsp of Tapatio *Optional
