Classic Spritz Cookies
Spritz Cookie Recipe
1 1/2 cups Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
2 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
3 1/2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions:
Step One: Cream butter, sugar, and egg.
Step Two: Add the flour, baking powder, vanilla, and milk. Mix well
Step Three: Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut out dough with cookie cutters and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Top with Sugar & or Sprinkles, Or frost with colored butter cream frosting!
Step Four: Bake at 375° Small cookies: 5min. Medium to Large Cookies: 8-10mins.
