Brown Rice
Carrots (I used 3, peeled and sliced.)
Green Bell Pepper (Optional)
2 Small Cans of Garbanzo Beans
Plan Yogurt (I used 1 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt)
1 tsp of Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tbsp of Curry Powder
