Loose Leaf Tea Bags

What You Will Need:

Coffee Filters

Loose leaf Tea

(: Jasmine tea, Earl Gray tea, Black tea, & other blends of tea.. Or even Lipton Loose Leaf Tea will work.)

Spices

(: Cinnamon, Pumpkin Spice, Mint, Lavender, cloves, ginger, etc. )

Scrapbook Papper

Glue Stick, Stapler, & Scissors

Colored Thread & Embroidery Thread

Step One: Iron some coffee filters and cut out 1-2 tea bags from each filter.

Step Two: Sew three of the four sides on your soon to be tea bags, leaving one side open to fill with loose leafs.

Step Three: Fill each bag with 1-2 tsp of Loose Leaf tea (Depending on the size of the tea bag) and 1/2 tsp of your favorite flavorings or spices.

Here are a few comdinations:

Jasmine and Mint -LOVE!

Jasmine and Lavender

Black Tea and Mint

Black Tea with Lavender and Mint (1/4 tsp each)

Earl Gray and Cinnamon

Lipton and Pumpkin Spice

Step Four: Stitch the bag closed. Fold corners, to resemble a pre-made tea bag. Add a piece of embroidery thread and staple. Cut out a shape from your scrapbook paper and glue the end of the embroidery thread inside the two pieces of scrap book paper shapes.
