Chocolate Cover Peanut Butter Bananas
1-2 Bananas
1/2 – 3/4 of a bag of Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup of Milk
Peanut Butter
I used fresh ground PB from Raley’s.
Steps:
1. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.
2. Slice bananas.
3. Add peanut butter.
4. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. (20 seconds at a time)
5. Add milk to melted chocolate.
6. Dip bananas in chocolate.
7. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
8. Serve frozen, straight from the freezer.
