Mint Oreo Brownies.

Mint Oreo Brownie Sandwiches!

Ingredients

Mint Oreo’s

Brownie Mix

Step One

Twist open a few Oreo’s at a time. (Not all at once, in case you don’t use them all.)

Step Two

Line a cupcake pan with plain cupcake papers. Add your Oreo pieces. The side with the Mint Creme.

(If you choose to leave the brownies in the paper, you can.. But i took them out. ‘Hints’ the plain papers. lol)

Step Three

Add some brownie mix.

Step Four

Place the cookie/plain-side of the Oreo on top of the brownie mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

{I did a test to see what worked best.. So i did half with the full Oreo on the bottom and half as i previously explained. Try it, they both turned out great!!}

Here we have it folks! 

I decided to add some extra chocolate to these Oreo Brownies. I added some chocolate chips to a small baggie and melted it for topping. ©
