this is a cute and quick project to make! It’s a great way to use up all of those little scrap pieces of your favorite past fabrics. You can add magnets to the back and use them on your refrigerator.. Or use them with gift rapping. Etc!
Enjoy!
What You Will Need:
Fabric &/or Scrap-booking paper
Scissors
Mod Podge (Michaels 4oz for $2.99-$3.99)
Sponger Paint Brush
Wooden Clothespins (Wallmart $1.99 for 100!!!)
Step 1
trace your clothespin outline on your fabric or paper. trace until you’ve traced the number you need. If you want 10 then trace one pin 10 times in a row.
Step 2
Once you’ve traced all your fabric/paper you may cut them out. When you actually mod-podge it to the clothespins you can trim the sides down.
When you pour your mod-podge into something.. Dont pour to much because it will dry out and be wasted.
Add just a little bit of mod-podge to one side of the clothespin.
this will help when you attach your paper or fabric, to hold it down while you paint the mod-podge over it.
Step 4
Add your pre-cut piece of fabric or paper.
Step 5
Now paint the mod-podge over the top of your fabric or paper.
*If you paint sloppy or careless.. It will turn out sloppy and careless.
