This is a little girls headband that i made for a baby shower gift which matches the Toddler Skirt. i made also. It’s very easy and definitely adorable! Follow the 11 easy steps and enjoy!
My Inspiration: Prudent Baby (Of Course!)
What You Will Need:
Step 1
Choose your piece of fabric and cut that piece according to the measurement you need.
My Measurements were 4×14.. Which looks-wise worked great, but it was challenging to turn inside out!
Step 2
Fold your piece of fabric in half . Which would make it now 2×14.
Step 3
Now fold your fabric once more, making the size 2×7.
Now mark the end of your fabric, to create a designed shape.
Once you’ve marked your shape, cut it out.
Unfold your fabric and iron it down, this is so you wont confuse your creases. lol
Place it right side down. Fold each end to 1/4″ of an edge. Now iron and sew in place.
Now fold the whole thing in half right sides facing and pin like so, then sew in place.
turn your sown fabric/headband right-side out.
this will be the bottom that will be against your/her hair.
& this is the top of your headband that will face the blue skies.
Hold it up to your model’s head and determine the length of elastic you need. Cut a piece 1/2″ longer then that. Fold in each end of the headband another 1/4″ and insert the elastic into the hole and pin.
Add your own personal touch, and your finished!
My personal touch is from my earlier post on headbands called DIY Baby Girl Headband.

This is exactly the kind of inspiration I needed. Thanks!
Awesome! Thank you!
